Hey, ya'll! I'm Emily Sullivan, the 6ft tall girl behind The Globetrotting Giant. Even though I have a full time job in sales, I refuse to put my love for exploring the world on the back burner. After-all "An investment in travel is an investment in yourself."
Loves: tequila, poodles, organization, chicken tendies, reality television (guilty), smell of freshly cut grass

So... Why blog?
Simple. Passion. My passion for travel has existed for as long as I can remember. From simple family trips to the beach to boarding an International flight at 5 years old. However, this global curiosity was taken to new heights after completing Semester at Sea in 2013. Since then, I've been to 30-something countries, immersed myself in different cultures, and sampled (more like devoured) the local cuisines along the way.
When people started asking me for travel advice, The Globetrotting Giant was born.
