1.) Trenton Bridge Lobster Pound: If I had one word to describe this busy, roadside lobster pound it would without a doubt be ‘fresh’. You literally pick the live lobster you want from the tank and they cook it up for you right then and there. So, grab your melted butter, tie your bib, and get crackin’

2.) Stewman’s Lobster Pound: Located right in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor, Stewman’s not only has an excellent lobster roll, but they also have super friendly folks working there. On a clear day, the view is great because it is right on the water! Check out the blueberry mojito and clam chowder also!

3.) Charlotte’s Legendary Lobster Pound: Don’t let the port-o-potty and little picnic tables deter you. This little shack off the side of the road will surprise you. It did take a while to get our food, but boy was it worth it! This was the most loaded lobster roll we had. It was massive!
